about us

Immigrant Kitchen Co-op is a collaborative pop-up restaurant and culinary collective where a group of friends share their culture and cooking skills. We create a warm, delicious and laid-back experience by serving a rotating menu of authentic home-cooked meals.

We are excited to give our community some love and share the flavors that feel like home.

We are open two nights per month !

APPETIZERS

  • NINA’S CARROT GINGER CREAM SOUP

    coconut cream, sweet carrots and warm ginger topped with crispy toasted kale & roasted pumpkin sauce

    tossed in a bright citrus vinaigrette
    with Cara Cara oranges, crumbled goat cheese & toasted walnuts

    roasted Brussels sprouts with chestnuts, grapes, shallots & garlic finished with Ian’s signature Shaoxing maple sweet & sour sauce

  • CARRIG FAMILY TRADITIONAL IRISH SHEPARD’S PIE

    slow-braised lamb shoulder in a rich red wine reduction with sautéed leeks, carrots & wild mushrooms crowned with a layer of oven-browned parmesan mashed potatoes

  • JAPANESE PAN-SEARED SALMON inspired by Ian’s travels abroad served over savory miso butter onions, tender poached turnip finished with a delicate Nori garnish
